Mr. Boote holds BA in economics and MBA Degrees from the University of Virginia.
At UVA, he received a Bache Fellowship in 1960.
He also completed advanced studies in finance at Harvard University in 1979.
Mr. Boote began his business career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
Prior to joining Bowman Financial Management, he held a number of senior financial positions, including Vice President of Finance at a major NYSE firm.
Mr. Boote is past Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University, Past President of the Board of Trustees of the the St. Paul's School for Girls and has served on the Trustees Committee for the Association of Independent Maryland Schools.
