Ian Silverman

Mr. Ian Silverman (Partner & Chief Financial Officer) joined Siris in 2013.
Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Silverman worked at Tenex Capital Management and was responsible for finance, tax, administration and human resources.
Before joining Tenex Capital, he spent over 8 years at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Silverman held finance and accounting roles at Morgan Stanley and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Mr. Silverman has a B.S.
in Accounting from Rutgers College.
He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts.
