Prior to joining Paladin in 2003, Ms. Teal was an investment banking senior vice president with Quarterdeck Investment Partners (a subsidiary of Jefferies & Co.).
While at Quarterdeck, Ms. Teal led the execution of numerous mergers and acquisition advisory assignments for middle market companies in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors.
Prior to joining Quarterdeck in 1999, Ms. Teal was an associate director at UBS Warburg in New York where she worked on a variety of mergers and acquisition advisory assignments as well as public debt and equity offerings for Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace and defense and telecommunications industries.
Before attending business school, Ms. Teal was an analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency.
Ms. Teal received her B.S.
degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and her M.B.A.
from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Teal represents Paladin on the boards of directors of Crossbow Technology, FPMI Solutions Group, and VistaScape Security Systems and is actively involved with Paladin's investment in Nexidia.
