Joe Yang

Mr. Yang joined Saints in March 2008.
Before joining Saints, he spent six years at CapitalSource where he originated and executed over $300 million of debt transactions and most recently served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Prior to CapitalSource, he worked with Hellman & Friedman for ten years as Principal and Managing Director of Hellman & Friedman Asia.
He made direct investments in and oversaw a number of companies across multiple industries including media and telecommunications, logistics, financial services and branded consumer products.
Mr. Yang graduated with a BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Wharton School.
