Kay Wade

Ms. Wade has been a board member since October 2003.
She serves as the Director of the Meridian Technology Center for Business Development, a business incubator focused on startup companies based on technology platforms.
Ms. Wade's principle responsibilities include business development consulting, financial structuring and business planning for the sixteen companies located in the incubator.
General responsibilities of the Center include operations, recruitment, planning and staff management.
Ms. Wade has consulted on incubation projects in Oklahoma and sits on the Small Business Research Assistance committee for the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science & Technology (OCAST).
In partnership OCAST, she has initiated an SBIR proposal assistance program that serves all of Oklahoma.
She is an Economic Development Finance Professional, certified by the National Development council.
Ms. Wade owned and managed a business for fifteen years.
Ms. Wade graduated from the University of Oklahoma with B.B.A.
Degree.
Ms. Wade serves on numerous boards, including the OK Economic Development Council, Logan County Economic Development Council, Preservation Oklahoma and Logan Hospital & Medical Center Board of Trustees.
