Kelly Stotler

Prior to joining Laurus, Mr. Stotler was a Vice President at GE Commercial Finance’s Corporate Lending Group where he structured & executed asset based & leveraged cash flow transactions, DIP’s, and A/R securitizations.
Mr. Stotler has experience in underwriting, portfolio management, syndication, workouts, securitizations, 2nd lien transactions, and high yield bonds.
He also spent time in GE Commercial Finance’s Asset Securitization Group and Capital Markets Group.
Mr. Stotler joined GE in the Risk Management Leadership Program in 1999.
Mr. Stotler received his B.A.
in Finance and M.B.A.
concentrating in Finance, Real Estate, and Securities Analysis from the University of Florida.
