Lisa Pargas

Ms. Lisa Pargas is Transaction Specialist at Washington Capital Management, Inc. She became a part of the Real Estate team at WCM in 1998.
Her initial focus was administration and organization.
She is now a Loan/Acquisition Closer for various funds in the real estate department.
Her responsibilities include closing loans, participating on acquisition teams, coordinating the setup for construction projects and follow-through.
Ms. Lisa Pargas having been an employee with WCM for nine years, she has been an integral part of many of the processes that have been developed and put into place in the real estate department.
Being able to draw upon data from historical transactions adds an important perspective to the functioning of the team.
Ms. Lisa Pargas graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in business administration.
She is active in the American Cancer Society- Relay for Life events as well as a member of CERT which is a FEMA mandated community emergency response program.
