GW&K Investment Management LLC (GW&K) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. The firm was founded in 1974 and formerly known as Gannett Welsh & Kotler LLC. They are a subsidiary of AMG Boston Holdings LLC, ultimately held by Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG). GW&K provides active equity and fixed income investment solutions to meet the needs of a diverse client base.

Founded in 1999, Trilogy Global Advisors LP is a registered investment advisor located in New York City. Trilogy’s institutional partner, Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG) holds a majority equity interest in Trilogy and is the parent corporation of Trilogy’s general partner, Trident NYC Acquisition LLC. Trilogy provides services to a variety of institutional clients, including employee benefit plans, public pension plans and university endowments. The firm also acts as advisor or sub-advisor to several mutual funds or other collective investment vehicles. Trilogy is the investment manager for the International Group Trust I, a common law group trust vehicle designed to permit employee pension or profit-sharing plans and qualifying governmental plans or units to commingle all or a portion of their assets for investment.
