Melissa Waystack

Melissa is the SVP of Finance at Lowercarbon, where she oversees accounting, tax matters, administration, compliance, investor reporting, and other major operational functions across the full breadth of Lowercarbon’s assets under management.
Prior to joining Lowercarbon, Melissa was the Controller at ArcLight Capital, a private equity firm focused on energy and energy infrastructure.
During her six years at ArcLight Capital, Melissa oversaw fund accounting, international & investor reporting, and compliance workstreams.
Melissa is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Finance.
In her free time, Melissa can be found running outside with her dog or spending time by the ocean paddle boarding and boating.
She also enjoys traveling, reading historical fiction, cooking vegan food, yoga, hiking, and biking.
Melissa is based in Boston, MA.
