Founded in 1997, Hampton Securities Ltd. is an independent broker/dealer headquartered in Toronto, Ontario with an additional office in Hong Kong. The firm's primary business lines include: (1) private client wealth management (2) global institutional agency trading and (3) specialist/market making for over 100 securities listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Hampton Securities provides international trade execution services to institutional investors including international fund managers, banks, insurance companies, pension funds, hedge funds and mutual funds. The firm advises on and completes custom trade settlements and currency conversions associated with large institutional order flows.
