He is also Co-Founder, Executive Committee member and Senior Tax Partner of Clarfeld.
He has extensive experience advising corporate executives and high net worth individuals and families.
He also provides an independent point of view regarding aggressive tax shelters other advisors may be suggesting to clients.
He is the past chairman of the Tax Practice Management Committee, an associate member of the Practicing Law Institute, and a member of the New York University Tax Study Group.
A former IRS agent, he is highly regarded for his expertise representing clients and protecting their rights in the course of resolving complex matters before the IRS, state and municipal tax agencies.
He received his undergraduate degree from Hunter College and an MBA from Pace University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the New York State Society of CPAs.
