Jakubowski is a Head of Global Fixed Income Indexing at Vanguard Asset Management Ltd.
He head up Vanguard's investment team in London and is responsible for our bond indexing teams worldwide.
He joined Vanguard in the US in 2000 and have held a variety of portfolio management and leadership positions within our Fixed Income team.
He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Villanova University.
