Peter Bedell

Prior to joining Burke, Lawton, Brewer & Burke, Mr. Bedell was the Chairman Emeritus of both Walnut Asset Management, LLC and Rutherford, Brown & Catherwood, LLC.
Earlier in his career, he served as President of and Chairman of the Executive Committee for W.H.
Newbold's Sons & Co., Inc. (now Fahnestock & Co.).
Mr. Bedell has served on many securities industry and regulatory committees.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of The Finance Company of Pennsylvania.
He is a former member and Vice-Chairman of the NASD District Business Conduct Committee and a former member of the Nominating Committee.
Mr. Bedell has also been an active member of the community, serving on boards for Children's Aid Society, Springside School, and the American Red Cross.
He attended Colby College.
