Dr. Richard Sellner is a Senior Researcher at Institut für Höhere Studien.

Dr. Sellner was engaged as a lector for the Vienna University and the Vienna University of Economics and Business for multivariate regression analysis and international macroeconomics.
He was mainly involved in developing a spatial econometric model for infrastructure policy evaluation during his early years.
Dr. Sellner received his Doctorate in Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
