Bourbon Brothers Holding Corporation (“BBHC”) was founded by JW Roth, and a handful of his friends, to develop a comprehensive brand strategy and associated products from the legend of the Bourbon Brothers. The brand is being established around the feeling that customers' just finished a Sunday afternoon brunch at a friends and family gathering where customers' sampled exceptionally prepared southern food, delighted in the richest desserts and welcomed the twilight, sipping customers' favorite bourbon on the front porch swing, overlooking the bluegrass covered hills of the countryside. Associated products are anticipated to include desserts, pies, jams, cigars and a single barrel, premium bourbon. BBHC plans to franchise the restaurant through Bourbon Brothers Franchise, LLC, in partnership with strategic investors, targeting locations that are adjacent to the emerging locations of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s. The consumers of these retail locations are at the heart of the company's target market.
