Robert Bernhard

Robert J.
Bernhard is currently an Independent Director at Cummins, Inc. He is also a Director at INCE Foundation, Inc. Additionally, he holds the position of Vice President-Research & Engineering Professor at the University of Notre Dame.
Furthermore, he serves as the President of the International Institute of Noise Control Engineering.
In the past, Dr. Bernhard served as the Director of The Ray W.
Herrick Laboratories from 1994 to 2005.
He was also the Associate Vice President-Research at Purdue University from 2004 to 2007.
Moreover, he held the position of Secretary General at the Institute of Noise Control Engineering of The USA. Dr. Bernhard obtained his doctorate degree from Iowa State University in 1982.
He completed his undergraduate degree at Iowa State University in 1973.
Additionally, he received a graduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1976.
