Prior to joining Lexington and MSR, he worked for Warburg, Paribas, Becker, an international investment-banking firm, where he held several positions.
Before joining Becker in 1973, Mr. DeMichele worked at Richardson Vicks, Inc., a leading consumer marketing firm.
Mr. DeMichele holds a B.A.
degree from Union College and an MBA from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Business.
