In addition, he maintained frequent external communication with custodians, technology vendors and investment consultants.
Prior to joining the Company in 2008, he worked for Western & Southern Financial Group where his primary responsibilities included assessing the needs of annuity and insurance portfolios and providing customized solutions specific to individual client profiles.
In addition, he hosted financial workshops and seminars to help foster education in the community.
Mr. Shaw earned a B.S.
degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
