Mr. Roger H.
Chang is a Head Trader at Systematic Financial Management LP.
He serves as Systematic’s head trader, managing our trading team.
He directs buy and sell orders, which he receives directly from the firm's portfolio managers, to the appropriate trading venues.
He also directs the Investment Policy Committee.
He has over 26 years of industry experience.
He joined Systematic in 1996 as a trading assistant and handled all daily reconciliation, custodial issues and trade breaks prior to his promotion to trader.
He received his B.S.
in finance with a minor in Economics from Rutgers University.
