Thomas R. Banks

Mr. Banks joined Trivest in 2004.
His primary focus is on health care investing activities.
His responsibilities include the analysis of investment opportunities, structuring of deals, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Trivest, Mr. Banks was an Associate in Morgan Stanley's Healthcare Investment Banking Group where he also served as Operations Officer.
Mr. Banks started his career at SunTrust Bank, Atlanta where he was an Assistant Vice President in Corporate Banking.
He received his B.S.B.A.
with honors from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and his J.D.
with honors from the University of Chicago Law School.
