Victor David Rahmanian

Victor David Rahmanian is currently the Chief Operating Officer & Director at Platinum Energy Resources, Inc. He previously worked as the Head-Research, Exploration & Production at Exxon Mobil Corp.
and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont.
He also served as the President & Chief Operating Officer at Tandem Energy Holdings, Inc. Dr. Rahmanian completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the Colorado School of Mines and obtained a doctorate degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
