Leonard, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer, Partner & Treasurer at Seacoast Capital Corp.
Mr. Leonard has been with Seacoast since its inception in 1994.
Mr. Leonard served as the CFO of Signal since 1988.
Prior to that, he held various financial positions in Signal’s Merchant Banking, Commercial Finance and Equipment Finance divisions.
Before joining Signal in 1983, Mr. Leonard was an auditor with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Chicago.
Mr. Leonard received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and an MS in Accounting from Roosevelt University.
Mr. Leonard is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and the NHSCPA, where he served as its President (2003-2004) and on its Board of Directors (1997-2005).
