In 2009, he was promoted to Senior Analyst with an initial focus on tax-efficient trading and portfolio risk, before expanding his coverage to the taxable universe.
In 2015, he transitioned to focus on Portfolio Strategy and Risk, in 2018, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager on the Portfolio Strategy Team.
His focus is on portfolio construction, sector analysis, and contributing to the investment decision-making process specifically, for private clients and taxable institutional portfolios..
He has over 20 years of experience.
Prior to Income Research, he was a Trading Assistant with Goldman Sachs with a focus on Credit and Securitized idea generation for institutional buyers.
He holds a BS in Finance with a Philosophy minor from the University of Richmond.

He received his graduate degree from American University in 1997 and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1994.
