LLORENTE & CUENCA, S.A. (en adelante, "LLYC", "Grupo LLYC", la "Compañía", la "Sociedad" o el "Grupo"), en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 227 de la Ley 6/2023, de 17 de marzo, de los Mercados de Valores, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 sobre información a suministrar por empresas incorporadas en el segmento BME GROWTH de BME MTF (BME Growth), por la presente se comunica al mercado la siguiente información fnanciera relativa a los resultados anuales del ejercicio completo 2023:

La Compañía ha programado una presentación de resultados a través del webinar donde el CEO Global, la COO Global y la CFO Global explicarán las principales cifras aquí presentadas y la estrategia del Grupo, y estará abierta a todos aquellos inversores, analistas y personas interesadas, que podrán seguir dicha presentación online y realizar las preguntas que consideren oportunas:

LLORENTE & CUENCA, S.A. (hereinafter, "LLYC", "LLYC Group", the "Company", the "Company" or the "Group"), pursuant to the provisions of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse and Article 227 of Law 6/2023, of 17 March, on Securities Markets, and concordant provisions, as well as in Circular 3/2020 on information to be provided by companies incorporated in the BME GROWTH segment of BME MTF (BME Growth), the following fnancial information is hereby communicated to the market regarding the annual results for the full fnancial year 2023:
I. 2023 Results Presentation in Spanish and English.
