Prior to joining Robeco in 2000, Mr.Van den Ouweland was at the second largest Dutch pension fund, PGGM, as senior portfolio manager responsible for strategic policy, construction and expansion of the international private equity portfolio.
He has served as advisory committee member of a number of international private equity partnerships.
He is a co-author of the Dutch Performance resentation
Standards Handbook (1998) and the EVCA Reporting Guidelines (2000) and EVCA Valuation Guidelines (2001).
Mr.Van den Ouweland is Chairman of the AIMR Investment Performance Council (IPC) Venture
Capital and Private Equity Subcommittee.
He received a M.A.
in business Economics from Tilburg University complemented with the Dutch VBA Financial Analyst program.
