Adam S. Davies

Prior to joining Books Houghton, Mr. Davies spent more than a decade in the mergers and acquisitions group at Credit Suisse Group, including 7 years in New York working with predominantly North American companies and 3 years in London focused on European markets.
Mr. Davies has worked with companies operating in many sectors including technology, energy, media and telecom, retail, financial, consumer, chemical, and travel and leisure.
He has spent his career focused on investment banking, advising a diverse universe of public, private, strategic and financial clients involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs, hostile situations, and re-organizations.
Mr. Davies received a BS in International Management, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester, in the United Kingdom.
