Founded in 1991, GEI Power Ltd. is a subsidiary of GEI Industrial Systems Ltd. that engages in electric power generation and distribution. The company is based in Bhopal, India. GEI Power was acquired by GEI Industrial Systems Ltd. on August 22, 2009 for $2.65 million.
