He joined the firm in 2003.
After several years working within the Chartered Accountancy and Chartered Secretary & Administrators environment, his City career started with R M McKean & Co. in 1984, now part of Charles Stanley.
Prior to joining JM Finn, Mr. Fleming was an Equity Partner of Nicholson Barber & Co. Stockbrokers and a Director of certain associated companies.
Following the amalgamation of Nicholson Barber and BWD Rensburg Investment Management (now Investec) in 1999, he was appointed a Senior Investment Director.
He is a former regional President of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment of which he is a Chartered Fellow.
