Alan D. Glatt

Prior to joining Alpha Equity Management, Mr. Glatt was a managing partner of KGV LLC and a partner of Copernicus International, located in New York.
Copernicus International LLC was an alternative asset management company which had pioneered investment funds in the 130/30 space.
Prior to forming KGV LLC, Mr. Glatt was President of MWM and a member of Mariner's business development team.
He was a Principal and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and Company, Executive Vice President of DLJ, and began his financial services career as a Vice President at Smith Barney Harris Upham.
