Ms. Alison A.
Berman is a Managing Partner, President & Chief Executive Officer at Palisade Capital Management LLC.
She is on the Board of Directors at Palisade Capital Management LLC.
She is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s operational groups, including finance, operations, compliance, risk management, client service, sales and marketing, and human resources.
Ms. Berman is also Chairman of the firm’s Operating Committee and is Co-Chairman of Palisade’s Board of Directors, where she leads the development and implementation of the firm’s overall strategic plan.
She joined Palisade in 2011 as Associate General Counsel, initially managing and overseeing various legal functions at the firm.
She was named President of Palisade effective January 1, 2018 and assumed additional roles of Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of the firm’s Board of Directors effective May 21, 2018.
Prior to joining Palisade, Ms. Berman was an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she represented a variety of corporate and private equity clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Ms. Berman was involved in both contested and negotiated transactions, and worked on deals ranging from small private equity acquisitions to $50 billion public company sales.
Ms. Berman received her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Brown University.
