Andrew Bell specialises in portfolio management within the infrastructure transport, turnaround and PFI sectors.
Key deals that he has led include: the sale of Commodore Shipping, which provides ferry services between the UK and Channel Islands; Altram, the Manchester tramlink system; and Freightliner, the freight rail operator.
He has also led the negotiation for 3i of the re-structuring of Octagon, the Norwich hospital, Freightliner and Croydon Tramlink.
Andrew has served on the boards of several transport and PFI companies and acted as the observer on the board of many turnaround situations.
He provides transport and PFI advice across the 3i network.
Andrew has an Economics degree from London University and an MBA from Warwick University.
