Andrew D. Pars

Andrew Pars joined Barclays Private Equity in July 2008 as COO for the buy-out business.
Prior to joining Barclays Private Equity, from January 2003 Andrew held the position of chief financial officer at NBGI Private Equity, a private equity firm focused on the UK lower mid-market which also had operations in South Eastern Europe.
Prior to this, Andrew worked for 5 years as a finance director in the private equity business of UBS Warburg.
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate in economics from Lancaster University.
