Andrzej Kozminski

Andrzej Kozminski is the founder of Kozminski University, which was founded in 1993.
He is currently the President of Kozminski University.
He also holds current positions as the Chairman-Management Board of Miedzynarodowa Szkola Zarzadzania S.A, a Member of the Polish Academy of Sciences, a Member of the Warsaw Scientific Society, a Member of Académie Européenne, and a Member of Académie des Sciences Commerciales.
Mr. Kozminski's former positions include Chairman-Supervisory Board of Orange Polska SA from 2010 to 2013, Chairman-Scientific Council of the National Information Processing Institute, Director-International Management Center at the University of Warsaw from 1991 to 1996, Independent Member-Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium SA, Member of the International Academy of Management, Member-Management Board of the European Foundation For Management Development, and Member-Scientific Board of UNESCO-CEPES.
Mr. Kozminski's education history includes an undergraduate degree from Warsaw School of Economics in 1963 and an undergraduate degree from the University of Warsaw in 1964.
