Anna Ermakova

Anna is Chief operating officer and Partner at Da Vinci Capital, where she oversees Da Vinci Emerging Technologies-Fund IIII and the Da Vinci Pre-IPO Tech Fund, including transaction pipeline, deal execution, and portfolio management.
She is also responsible for the implementation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies and operational management of the firm.
Previously, Anna held senior positions at Russian Venture Company, which is a sovereign wealth fund-of-funds, and at Russian Funds Group.
Anna has extensive investment banking and private equity experience in deal origination and structuring, corporate finance, and financial management.
She has closed M&A transactions in sectors such as agriculture, energy equipment manufacturing, internet, and real estate, and retail.
She has a BA in management from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, and MA in finance from the Academy of the National Economy, and attended executive programme in Finance in London Business School.
