Ms.Tsuya has over 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience.
Prior to joining Mezz Cap, Ms. Tsuya was Senior Vice President of asset management with LEM Mezzanine, responsible for the company’s loan and preferred equity portfolio.
Before LEM, Ms. Tsuya was with GMAC Commercial Mortgage for nine years.
While at GMACCM her responsibilities included managing a team of analysts handling borrower requests in CMBS credit administration, creating the CMBS surveillance group in loan servicing, creating a niche floating rate balance sheet lending program and sitting on various credit committees.
Prior to GMAC, Ms. Tsuya held portfolio management, origination and credit positions at Prudential Real Estate Investors, The Hartford and Cigna.
Ms. Tsuya holds a BSBA from Missouri Western State College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
