Bernard Berger

Mr. Berger has worked in financial services for over 10 years.
Prior to joining Merchant Equity Partners, Bernard worked at Deutsche Bank, London in its Consumer, Leisure and Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions team, where he was involved in advisory assignments across a number of industry sectors in the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Bernard worked for The Standard Bank of South Africa in its Corporate Finance division, advising companies on M&A transactions, IPOs, capital raising and LBOs.
Mr. Berger holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a CFA charter holder.
