Mr. Bernd Ondruch is Founding Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Astellon Capital Partners LLP.
Prior to founding Astellon, he was a Managing Director at Amber Capital in London, a New York-based event-driven hedge fund, where he had responsibility for investments in Germany, Austria, Switzerland on a country basis and European Financials on an industry-basis.
He was also a member of the Global Investment Committee at Amber.
He has over 20 years of experience of investing in German-speaking markets, M&A and capital markets.
Prior to joining Amber in 2007, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley (London) where he was Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking practice for Germany, Austria and CEE.
Mr. Ondruch graduated from Georg-August University of Goettingen with a Masters (Dipl.-Kfm) degree in business and economics.
