Bill Maxwell

Bill Maxwell has been Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Oakwood Worldwide, Inc. He was Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources, Diversity, and Managing Director-Global Performance Solutions of Cartus.
Mr. Maxwell worked for Black & Decker Corporation.
He has more than 25 years of experience in strategic business leadership and global human resources management in the relocation and consumer products industries.
Mr. Maxwell received an Executive Program of the University of Western Ontario's, a graduate of the Strategic Human Resources Program at Harvard University and a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto.
