C. Ryan Hayden

Prior to joining the fund Mr. Ryan developed a diverse manufacturing background that includes three years of work in the disc drive industry with Seagate Technology as well as a year of experience in down-hole oil tool manufacturing with D&L Oil Tools.
Mr. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and his Masters of Business Administration from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
