Colleen L. Boothby

Colleen Boothby is a Partner of Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby LLP.
Prior to joining Levine, Blaszak she was Legal Advisor to the Common Carrier Bureau Chief, the Deputy Bureau Chief for Policy, Deputy and Associate Chief of the Tariff Division and Staff and Senior Supervising Attorney in the Tariff and International Facilities Divisions of the Common Carrier Bureau for Federal Communications Commission.
Previously, Ms. Boothby was Co-Chairman for the Common Carrier Practice Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association from 1998 to 1999 and a Member for the Steering Committee of the Administrative Law and Agency Practice Section of the District of Columbia Bar Association from 2000 to 2004.
She received her BA degree from Pomona College and a JD from University of California.
