Cushing Titcomb

Mr. Albert C.
Titcomb is an Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Ipswich Investment Management Co., Inc. He is also the Chief Compliance Officer, and Managing Director for Ipswich Investment Management.
Prior to joining IIM, Mr. Titcomb was a Vice President at Citizens Bank New Hampshire.
He began his career at State Street Bank & Trust Company in the Commercial Loan Division, later moving into the area of trust administration, financial planning and estate settlement.
He is an active participant in civic and non-profit organizations.
His memberships include the Archbishop Iakovos Leadership 100 Endowment Fund, and the Greek Orthodox Church in Ipswich, MA, of which he is also a Past President and Council member.
In Exeter, NH, he served as Ambassador for the Greater Exeter Chamber of Commerce, and is a Past President of the Exeter Rotary Club.
He is a past Board Member of the “Friends of Caldwell”, Caldwell Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and the NH SPCA.
He is a member of the Rotary Club of Ipswich, Treasurer of Ipswich Community Access Media (local municipal cable programming station).
Mr. Titcomb graduated Magna Cum Laude from Suffolk University with a degree in Finance.
He also holds a Certified Financial Services Counselor designation from the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and a Trust & Estates Certificate from the New England School of Banking.
