Diane Bromfield

Ms. Diane Bromfield is Senior Equity Trader at Herndon Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Herndon Capital Management, Ms. Bromfield was an Equity Trader with INVESCO Capital Management.
Her extensive career there began in 1987 under the firm name Citicorp Investment Management, then Chancellor Capital Management and more recently INVESCO.
While there she held positions of Equity Trader with a concentration in blind principal bid trading as well as agency trading; Trade Operations Manager responsible for trade settlement/Operations/OMS administration; and Chancellor Business Administrator responsible for new/closed accounts.
Ms. Bromfield received an MBA from St. John's University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance also from St. John's University graduating Summa Cum Laude.
She holds the FINRA Series.
