Amundi Asset Management SA (Investment Management) (Amundi-IM) is the investment management division of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by SAS Rue la Boétie’s Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. It was founded in 2010 when the asset management operations of Crédit Agricole SA and Société Générale merged. Headquartered in Paris, the firm develops products for institutional clients and third-party distributors and has ties with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutional funds and corporate funds. They have distribution agreements with platforms in Europe and Asia. Amundi-IM is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

Amundi Investment Solutions SA is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of Amundi SA (Investment Management), ultimately helf by Crédit Agricole SA (XP: ACA) in France. Established in 2005, the firm is based in Paris and specializes in structured products, alternative investment solutions and exchange-traded funds. Through their CASAM Advisers subsidiary, they create customized portfolios of institutional quality hedge fund managed accounts. Amundi Investment Solutions' structuring and alternative investment products are available to institutional investors, corporate investors, private banking and distributors around the world through the Calyon and Amundi sales teams.

Etoile Gestion SA (Etoile Gestion) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Amundi SA, itself a subsidiary of Rue de la Boétie SAS-held Crédit Agricole SA (XP: ACA) in France. Formerly a subsidiary of the federation of mutual banks Groupe Crédit du Nord, Etoile Gestion was created in 1997 and is located in Paris. They manage a number of Sicav and FCP and the UCITS distributed by Crédit du Nord for institutional and corporate clients, financial intermediaries and private individuals. They are a socially responsible investor which incorporates environmental, social and corporate governance considerations in their investments.
