Eurobank EFG Asset Management M.F.M.C. SA (Eurobank EFG AM) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Eurobank Ergasias SA (ASE: EUROB), itself a subsidiary of State-owned Hellenic Financial Stability Fund in Greece. The firm was originally established as EFG Finance SA in 2000. In 2003 they became Eurobank EFG Asset Management SA when Telesis Investment Management SA and the Institutional Asset Management division merged. In 2011, Eurobank EFG Asset Management SA and Eurobank EFG Mutual Fund Management Company SA merged to create Eurobank Asset Management M.F.M.C. Based in Athens, Eurobank EFG AM offers products and services to both private and institutional investors, specializing in the Greece, Southeastern Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Luxembourg.
