It is the exclusive distributor of Coca-Cola products in the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean territories in which it operates. The company's U.S. territories cover 79% of the country's population and its Canadian territories contain 97% of the population. Coca-Cola Enterprises was incorporated in 1944 by The Coca-Cola Co. and became a publicly traded company in 1986. It is headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
