George B. Brewster

Mr. Brewster has more than 25 years of experience in investments, real estate, closely-held businesses and philanthropy.
His experience includes serving as CEO of a single-family office; as a business executive and owner, investor and consultant for private and public companies, as a board member of a public company; and as an investment committee member for institutional debt and equity investors.
Prior to joining LTS, Mr. Brewster provided wealth management services at Merrill Lynch and UBS, co-founded BayGroup Property Advisors, was Vice President and Director of Equity Investment at Consolidated Capital, Executive Vice President of Bank of San Francisco Capital Partners, Vice President of Bankers Mortgage Corporation and founding Executive Director of the Center for Creative Land Recycling.
Mr. Brewster was a member of the faculty of the Center for Real Estate Enterprise Management and Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute Residential Council.
He was a founding member of the ULI Environmental Council, a founding member of the advisory board of the California Environmental Remediation Fund, an advisor to the Gateway Cities Alliance, and a technical advisor to Habit for Humanity.
Mr. Brewster is a graduate of Bard College (AB) and Columbia University School of Law (joint JD/MBA program) and is currently a candidate for the LLM degree in Estates and Trusts at Golden Gate University.
He holds designations including Chartered Wealth Manager, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, and Counselor of Real Estate.
