Gloria Skigen

Ms. Skigen serves as TD's legal counsel and has represented TD since 1991, working exclusively with the firm since 1999.
Prior to that, Ms. Skigen was a Partner at Battle Fowler LLP in New York City, where she had extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate, limited liability company and partnership law matters, advising public and private companies and private equity investors.
At Battle Fowler, Ms. Skigen worked closely with numerous venture capital funds and private companies in various stages of development, as well as several public companies, and represented clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, real estate, technology, manufacturing, and banking.
Ms. Skigen oversees all of Tullis-Dickerson's legal affairs, including legal issues that arise in connection with Tullis-Dickerson's portfolio of investments, investment opportunities and fund administrative matters.
She manages term sheet negotiation, legal due diligence, and all legal documentation with respect to initial and follow-on fundings, recapitalizations, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, acquisitions and dispositions.
A member of the Connecticut and New York Bar, Ms. Skigen received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California Irvine in 1984 and a J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 1987.
