OCEA Finance Gestion SAS (OCEA Finance) is the France-based asset management subsidiary of UBS (France) SA, ultimately held by UBS Group AG (NYSE: UBS) in Switzerland. Formerly known as VP Finance Gestion SAS, the firm was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Paris. They specialize in financial advisory services and manage a range of mutual funds and segregated portfolios.

Crédit Agricole Asset Management (France) SA (CAAM) was the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Crédit Agricole SA (XP : ACA) in France. Created in 2004 by the merger of Crédit Agricole Asset Management and Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management, the firm was headquartered in Paris. In 2010 the firm was absorbed by Amundi SA, a joint venture between the French leading banks Crédit Agricole SA, holder of the majority interest, and Société Générale SA (XP: GLE). In addition to the Paris office, the firm had investment teams in London, Milan, Madrid, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore. CAAM provided asset management services to institutional and private investors.

Cogéfi Gestion SA (Cogefi) is the asset management subsidiary of Cogefi-Conseil de Gestion Financière, an independent financial firm majority-owned by management. Located in Paris, Cogefi was established in 1997. The firm manages mutual funds as well as discretionary portfolios for institutions and private individuals.
