Harumi Kadono

Ms. Harumi Kadono is Head of Fund Management & Managing Director at IDERA Capital Management Ltd.
Ms. Kadono joined Atlas Partners Japan Ltd.
in 2009, with over 15 years of experience in the real estate investment and the accounting and finance industry.
She was responsible for the fund management and reporting operation of the firm.
Ms. Kadono started her career at Andersen Consulting and then later moved to KPMG.
She joined GE Fleet Services in 2000 working within the M&A team on pricing and execution of acquisitions and credit purchasing.
In 2004 she joined GE Real Estate where she was responsible for asset management businesses, originations and servicing of non-recourse loan collateralized by real estate and NPLs.
In 2005 she joined the Singapore government investment corporation, GIC Real Estate International Japan K.K.
where she was responsible for fund origination of a JPY 400 billion+ fund, asset management, fund management, product development, refinancing and much more.
In 2007 she joined a US-based hedge fund in Japan where she worked on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
Ms. Kadono graduated from the Osaka University of Foreign Studies and received a Master of Arts from the Graduate School of Public Administration at International Christian University, Tokyo.
