Hasmah binti Abdullah

Hasmah binti Abdullah is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Panasonic Manufacturing Malaysia Bhd., a Trustee at Alzheimer’s Association, a Member-Executive Council at Selangor & Federal Territory Assoc for the Mentally Handicapp, a Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, a Trustee of the Alzheimers Disease Foundation, a Trustee of the Malaysian Tax Research Foundation, a Trustee of Dana Amal Jariah, and a Trustee of Allammiyyah Foundation.
In the past, she was the Chief Executive Officer & Director General at Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia, a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at UMW Holdings Bhd., an Independent Non-Executive Director at Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Bhd., and a Deputy General Director at Malaysian Investment Development Authority.
She was also a Member of the Securities Commission of Malaysia and a Member of the Malaysian Services Development Council.
Ms. binti Abdullah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Malaya in 1973.
